INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the contents of each sachet with 500 ml of water and shake well until the product is completely dissolved. Be careful, you must make sure to obtain the right ratio for the hydrogel technology to deliver all its benefits. The product is designed to be mixed with water with a calcium content of less than 40 mg/l, otherwise it may be more difficult to dissolve. The sports drink should be consumed a few minutes before, during and/or directly after activity.
